What happens after the test
ARC Raiders’ limited PvE matchmaking toggle test has ended, developer Embark confirmed on 20 October 2026. The team is analysing the results before deciding how to proceed.
A survey will go to a representative sample of players from 22 October. Players can also send their experience through the dedicated PvE-test-feedback channel linked in the official announcement.
November is an information window
Embark expects to share further information in November. That is a target for a follow-up, not a release date for a permanent mode. The team has not announced that permanent PvE has been approved or cancelled.
If you are waiting for PvE before buying or returning to the game, the next announcement needs to establish whether a mode will exist, who can use it and when. The completed test alone does not answer those questions.
