Montreal takes its first lead to finish the game

Cole Caufield scored 30 seconds into overtime as Montreal beat Utah 5-4 at Centre Bell on November 5. The NHL’s final scoring record shows the Canadiens came back from 2-0, 3-2 and 4-3 before winning.

Adam Engstrom tied it at 14:54 of the third period. Nick Suzuki finished with a goal and two assists, including the assist on Caufield’s winner.

Logan Cooley scored three goals and added an assist for Utah. Nick Schmaltz supplied the Mammoth’s other goal. Montreal outshot Utah 35-20.
