A planned release, with regional dates to check
DREADMOOR is scheduled to enter Steam Early Access on November 9, 2026. The store still lists the game as unavailable at the time of this pre-launch check. Dream Dock develops the game and Digital Vortex Entertainment publishes it.
The developer’s launch map places Sydney’s release at midnight AEDT on November 10. Check the current countdown in your own Steam store before planning a download; a release date in one region need not fall on the same local calendar day elsewhere.
Base game and optional pack have separate prices
The developer lists planned base-game launch prices of US$19.99 in the United States, £17.75 in the United Kingdom, C$23.99 in Canada and A$28.50 in Australia. The final applicable price is the one displayed by the local Steam store.
A separate Early Access Supporter Pack is optional. Its planned prices are US$4.99, £4.19, C$6.29 and A$7.05 respectively. These are not a single combined price, and buying the extra pack is not presented as a requirement for the base game.
What the unfinished version is intended to contain
The planned Early Access version has one major region, a story and the core loop of fishing, scavenging, upgrading a trawler and surviving in a flooded world. The store lists single-player play.
The developer estimates six to twelve months in Early Access and plans more areas, fish, mechanics and boat upgrades for the full release. These are development plans, not guaranteed completion dates or content available at launch. A price increase is also planned for the full release.
Check Windows and graphics requirements
The minimum listing requires 64-bit Windows 10 or later, an Intel Core i5-8400 or AMD Ryzen 5 2600, 8 GB of RAM, a GTX 1060 with 6 GB or RX 580 with 8 GB, DirectX 12 and 60 GB of available storage.
The recommended listing raises memory to 16 GB and graphics to an RTX 4060 or RX 7600. The store lists English and Russian full audio, with interface and subtitle support for other listed languages including German and Spanish from Spain. Requirements describe the developer’s listing, not performance tested by Briefpixel.
