Netflix and game update dates
All ten episodes of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 arrived on Netflix on 20 October 2026, according to CD PROJEKT RED. The standalone anime was made with animation studio TRIGGER.
Cyberpunk 2077 Update 2.5 follows on 22 October for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. CD PROJEKT RED says the free update includes content inspired by the anime. Nintendo Switch 2 will receive it later; the announcement gives no exact date for that version.
When to watch REDstreams
The developer presentation is scheduled for 21 October at 17:00 CEST. That is 16:00 in the UK, 11:00 EDT in New York and 08:00 PDT in Los Angeles. It will stream on CD PROJEKT RED’s Twitch, YouTube and Steam channels.
Cyberware customization and a dual-wielding playstyle are among the announced topics. Official patch notes are also scheduled for 21 October. At our source check, the announcement was still the latest item in the official news feed; this article does not treat the presentation or patch notes as already released.
Which date applies to your device
Netflix availability and the game download are separate releases. PC, PS5 and Xbox Series players have an announced update date, while Switch 2 owners still need a platform-specific date. Check the final patch notes before changing game files or installing mods.
