What changes for 2026?
Capital is introducing a subscriber presale for Jingle Bell Ball 2026 through Global Player. Capital Plus and Radio Plus members can access it from Thursday 5 November at 9am UK time (GMT).
How subscribers get the ticket link
Capital says subscribers will receive an email with a code and a ticket link before the presale opens. Logged-in subscribers can also find the buying link in Global Player’s Home Hub. Both routes lead to AXS.
Receiving a link does not guarantee a ticket. General sale opens on Global Player at 9am GMT on Friday 6 November.
Prices and the separate cardholder route
Capital lists Capital Plus from £4.99 a month or £49.99 a year, and Radio Plus from £9.99 a month or £99.99 a year.
The announcement offers eligible new customers a mobile-app-only trial, limited to one across its radio subscription packages. It does not specify the trial length.
Barclaycard and Barclays Premier Debit cardholders have a separate 9am GMT presale on 5 November through Global Player. Capital says that route does not require a Plus subscription.
When to watch the line-up reveal
Capital Breakfast will reveal the artists live on Global Player from 7am GMT on Wednesday 4 and Thursday 5 November. The concerts take place at The O2, London, on 5 and 6 December.
Those are the announced line-up reveal times. Capital’s new pages do not confirm December concert stream start times or an ITV broadcast slot.
