Where and when is Fan Fest?

LoL Esports has published its guide to Worlds 2026 Fan Fest at Pier 36 in Lower Manhattan, New York. The three-day event runs November 12-14, with game activities, stage sessions and a World Championship finals watch party.

All times below are New York local time, EST (UTC-5). Thursday, November 12: 3-9pm. Friday, November 13: 3-9pm. Saturday, November 14: 11am-8pm.

Entry depends on venue capacity

Riot says Fan Fest is open to all fans, subject to venue capacity. It warns of longer waits during peak hours and says it may temporarily cap the entry line when capacity is reached. Arriving during opening hours does not guarantee admission.

Stage sessions and the finals watch party

Thursday’s League of Legends developer panel runs 3:30-4:15pm. Riot also lists on-site ARAM: Mayhem sessions in which winning players can submit balance changes for a custom game build at the event.

On Saturday, Hotline League with Travis Gafford runs 11am-12:30pm. The finals watch party is scheduled for 2pm. That is the listed start of the Fan Fest viewing event; it should not be treated as a separately confirmed match start time.

Cosplay signup closes November 8

Friday’s cosplay showcase is scheduled for 3:30-4:15pm. Riot asks participants to use the signup form linked in its official guide by November 8. This is the showcase signup deadline, separate from the event’s general entry policy.

What else is there to do?

The official guide lists Riftbound learn-to-play sessions, a token photo booth, TFT activities and Wild Rift AAA ARAM matches. Artist Alley and food trucks will also be on site.

Use Riot’s full guide, linked below, to check activity details before attending. Limited daily merchandise and giveaway allocations should not be treated as guaranteed availability.
