The announced 9Now premiere

Nine’s watch-party announcement, published on 23 October, gives Monday 26 October 2026 as the premiere date for Love Island Australia season 8. It sets the 9Now streaming premiere at 10am AEDT.

The announcement separates an earlier streaming launch from an evening television showing, so the two services have different start times on the premiere day.

What 10am AEDT means in your city

For the same streaming premiere on 26 October, the local times are 10am in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Hobart; 9am in Brisbane; 9:30am in Adelaide; 8:30am in Darwin; and 7am in Perth.

Channel 9 lists an evening slot

The same announcement lists Channel 9 at 8:30pm. It does not give a timezone for that television slot. Check your local TV guide for the broadcast in your area; the streaming conversions above should not be applied to the TV listing.

9Now access is limited to Australia

9Now’s official access message says the service is available only in Australia. The Nine programme hub links to the streaming service, where viewers in Australia can check the season and episode listing.

This guide reports Nine’s published schedule. Episode availability and successful playback have not been independently confirmed.
