Savings changes from December 1
Nationwide says its 1 Year Triple Access Saver and ISA rates will increase from 3.30% to 3.55% on December 1, 2026. Flex Instant Saver moves from 2.30% to 2.50%. These are increases of 0.25 and 0.20 percentage points respectively.
The Triple Access products have a withdrawal condition: more than three withdrawals during the year reduces the rate to 1.15% AER/gross, variable, for the remainder of that year.
Mortgage changes have the same effective date
Nationwide’s Standard Mortgage Rate rises by 0.25 percentage points to 6.74%. Existing tracker borrowers’ rates increase by 0.25 percentage points under their agreements. The notice does not announce a change to every fixed-rate mortgage.
