US and UK stores use different start clocks
PlayStation Store’s Black Friday promotion starts on Wednesday, November 4, 2026. Sony’s November 3 announcement lists midnight Pacific Standard Time for the US schedule and midnight GMT for the UK schedule. Midnight Pacific is 3am Eastern that Wednesday.
These are regional store clocks, rather than one worldwide unlock moment. Check the store region associated with your account when planning a purchase.
The sale refreshes before it finishes
Sony schedules a refresh for November 16 at midnight in the listed regional time zones. The overall promotion closes on November 30 at 11:59pm, but some individual discounts end on November 20 at 11:59pm.
A game appearing in the opening selection therefore does not guarantee that its offer lasts until the final day. Use the expiry shown on the individual product page.
Prices arrive with the regional listings
The announcement advertises reductions of up to 75% on PS5, PS4 and PS VR2 games, expansions and DLC, with the percentage and selection varying by region. Preview titles include Astro Bot and Valheim; Sony says the full selection and individual discounts will appear when the sale opens.
