When and where to watch

The Arizona Fall League’s 20th annual Fall Stars Game takes place on Sunday, November 8 at Salt River Fields at Talking Stick. MLB’s November 7 roster listing gives an 8 p.m. Eastern start, which is 6 p.m. local time in Arizona and 01:00 UTC on Monday, November 9.

MLB says the game will be broadcast on MLB Network and streamed on MLB.com. Paul Severino, Dan O’Dowd and Jim Callis are listed on the call. The announcement does not establish free access, account requirements or viewing rights outside the United States. Check the current MLB listing and your provider before the game.

This is Sunday’s Fall Stars Game, a separate event from the Fall League Home Run Derby on Saturday, November 7. Its start time and rosters should not be read as the Derby schedule or field.

The 10 active Top 100 prospects

MLB lists six active Top 100 prospects on the American League squad: Sebastian Walcott of Texas (No. 8), Arjun Nimmala of the Angels (No. 34), Nathan Flewelling of Tampa Bay (No. 63), Angeibel Gomez of Kansas City (No. 76), Dax Kilby of the Yankees (No. 78) and Ike Irish of Baltimore (No. 95).

The four on the National League side are Atlanta’s Tate Southisene (No. 58), Philadelphia’s Aidan Miller (No. 59), Washington right-hander Jarlin Susana (No. 66) and Arizona’s Demetrio Crisantes (No. 84). Those rankings and club affiliations reflect MLB’s current published roster, rather than an older prospect list.

Two named Fall Stars will not play

Zyhir Hope of Detroit (No. 26) and Caleb Bonemer of the White Sox (No. 27) were officially named American League Fall Stars, but MLB says they will not participate after their earlier exits from Fall League play. They are not additional active participants on top of the 10 listed above.

Yankees first baseman Kyle West and Padres shortstop Justin DeCriscio won the Final 2 Vote and were added to the rosters. Daniel Robertson will manage the American League side and Rafael Neda the National League.

The initial rosters were announced Wednesday, according to MLB’s November 7 article. This guide summarizes the approaching game and the latest published roster details; it is not a claim that the original announcement was made on November 8.
