What changes today

Amazon announced on November 5 that US Prime members can order restaurant delivery through Amazon.com and the Amazon Shopping app, powered by Uber Eats. Eligible restaurant orders of $25 or more have a $0 delivery fee.

Amazon says Prime for Young Adults and Prime Access members are included. It describes coverage across nearly 10,000 US cities and towns; check the restaurants available for your address.

How to use the benefit

Open Amazon.com/ubereats, or search for Uber Eats in the Amazon Shopping app. Amazon says ordering uses your existing Amazon account and payment methods, without a separate Uber account or new app.

The offer concerns orders placed through Amazon. Do not assume the same benefit applies to an order placed directly in Uber Eats.

Check the total before ordering

A waived delivery fee does not mean the meal is free. Review the final amount and current offer conditions before paying. Availability and promotions can change; Amazon does not guarantee a particular annual saving.
