Why the November 3 slot is different
There is no new NCIS episode on CBS on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. The network's official weekly schedule places its election-night special across Tuesday primetime.
This is a television scheduling change. The next announced new NCIS episode is Speechless on Tuesday, November 10, from 8pm to 9pm ET/PT. CBS published that episode announcement on October 26.
Watch Speechless live or the following day
Paramount+ Premium subscribers can watch through the live feed of their local CBS affiliate and have on-demand access. Check the local station's listing: the ET/PT schedule is not a single nationwide simultaneous start.
Essential subscribers get on-demand access the day after the episode airs, Wednesday, November 11. CBS does not specify the upload hour, so the date does not establish a midnight release.
Use the episode title when planning
Look for Speechless and the November 10 broadcast date when checking a recording or streaming listing. A rerun or an older on-demand episode is separate from that new broadcast.
These viewing details apply to the US. They do not establish availability, prices or release dates in another country.
